These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Menopause Hub website (menopausehub.com.au) and the services provided by Anna Pattison, ABN 59 839 475 963, trading as Menopause Hub, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

By accessing our website or booking a service with Menopause Hub, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About our services

Menopause Hub provides menopause education, information, and mentoring services to women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

Our services include:The Menopause Clarity Session — a 60-minute one-to-one mentoring session via Google Meet.

Free educational resources including the Perimenopause and Menopause Symptom Tracker.

Email newsletters and educational content.

2. Not a medical service
Menopause Hub provides health education and mentoring only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Nothing on this website or in any session should be taken as medical advice or as a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical practitioner.
If you have urgent health concerns, please consult your GP or call 000 in an emergency.
Anna Pattison is a former Registered Nurse and Clinical Myotherapist. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Menopause Medicine and provides services as a Menopause Mentor. She is not currently practising as a registered nurse or myotherapist through Menopause Hub.
3. Bookings and payments

When you book a Menopause Clarity Session:

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You will receive a booking confirmation email with details of your session.

You will receive a pre-session intake form to complete before your appointment.

Sessions are conducted via Google Meet — a link will be provided in your confirmation email
4. Cancellations and rescheduling

48 hours or more before your session — free rescheduling, no penalty24–48 hours before your session — one reschedule permitted, no refund.

Less than 24 hours before your session — the full session fee is forfeited.

If Anna Pattison needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment time.
5. Refunds
Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

If Anna Pattison cancels your session and you do not wish to reschedule.

If a technical failure on our end prevents the session from taking place.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after a session has taken place, or for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
Refund requests should be directed to info.menopausehub@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Your responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in your booking and intake form.

Attend your session at the agreed time — or notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Use our services and content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Not record any session without prior written consent from Anna Pattison.

Treat our interaction with respect — we reserve the right to end a session if behaviour is inappropriate
7. Intellectual property
All content on menopausehub.com.au — including text, images, blog posts, resources, and the Perimenopause and Menopause Symptom Tracker — is the intellectual property of Anna Pattison and Menopause Hub unless otherwise stated.
You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with appropriate credit. You may not reproduce, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Menopause Hub and Anna Pattison are not liable for:

Any health outcomes resulting from information or mentoring provided through our services.

Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on content published on our website.

Technical failures of third-party platforms including Google Meet, Stripe, Wix, or MailerLite.
Our services are provided in good faith based on current evidence and best practice in menopause medicine. You remain responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting appropriate medical professionals.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Please read our Privacy Policy at menopausehub.com.au/privacy-policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
