You are not imagining it.

And you are not alone.

You are not imagining it.And you are not alone. You might be feeling like you are just getting old. Like your body is changing in ways nobody warned you about. Maybe your GP has dismissed your concerns, or told you everything looks normal — yet nothing feels normal. Maybe your mother never talked about any of this, so you have no map for where you are.

You are not imagining it. And there is a name for what is happening.

Perimenopause and menopause are a universal transition — every woman will experience it. But no two journeys look the same. Your symptoms, your timing, your experience are uniquely yours.

You do not have to figure it out alone, in the dark, with Dr Google as your only guide.

That is exactly why I created the Menopause Clarity Session.

How it works

1. Book and pay online — Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a short pre-session form to complete a few days before we meet. This helps me understand your symptoms, your concerns, and what you most want to get out of our time together.

2. We meet on Google Meet — Video is preferred — I find I can support you much better when I can see you — but audio-only is completely fine if that is more comfortable for you. The session is 60 minutes, and it is your time entirely.

3. We work through your questions together — No two sessions look the same, because no two women are the same. We might work through your symptoms, explore your options, discuss how to approach your GP, or go through the latest research on a topic that matters to you. I will guide you — but you lead.

4. You leave with a clear action plan — By the end of the session you will have a personalised plan — whether that is questions to ask your doctor, lifestyle strategies to try, resources to explore, or simply the confidence that comes from finally understanding what is happening to your body.

5. Follow-up if you need it — Some women find one session gives them everything they need. Others prefer a shorter 30-minute follow-up to check in on progress or ask further questions.

We will decide together what is right for you.

What you will walk away feeling

  • Informed — with real, evidence-based knowledge about your own body.

  • Believed — because your symptoms are real, and they deserve to be taken seriously.

  • No longer alone — this transition is not something you have to navigate in silence.

  • Understood — by someone who has been there, and who gets it.

  • Empowered — with choices, options, and a plan that is right for you.

Who is this for?

This session is for you if:

  • You are noticing changes in your body and wondering if this could be perimenopause.

  • You have been dismissed or brushed off by a GP and do not know where to turn.

  • You feel overwhelmed by conflicting information online and want a trusted source.

  • You are in menopause and want to understand your options — including HRT.

  • You are post-menopausal and want to optimise your health for the decades ahead.

  • You simply want someone to talk to who genuinely understands.

Who I am

I am Anna Pattison — a former Registered Nurse, Clinical Myotherapist, and Menopause Mentor. My training includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Menopause Medicine and specialist education through Newson Health, PCWHF, and Impart — organisations at the forefront of menopause medicine globally.

Combined with my background as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Myotherapist, I bring a depth of understanding that goes beyond the hormonal to the whole woman.

I did not recognise my own perimenopause symptoms — despite my healthcare background. That experience changed everything for me. It is why I built Menopause Hub, and it is why I am so passionate about making sure other women have access to the information and support I wish I had.

I draw on the latest guidance from the Australasian Menopause Society, the British Menopause Society, the Menopause Society (USA), and Newson Health — and I bring it together in a way that is warm, clear, and genuinely useful.
